If you choose to work with a "proven" Surrogate some fees listed may be higher. Each Surrogate (with a proven pregnancy) may request a base fee starting at $25,000. Usually the fee goes up $5,000 for each surrogate delivery. Other fees may increase as well, such as Monthly Misc. Fee, Multiple Fee or Transfer Fee. On "average" second time Surrogates receive $25,000, third time Surrogates receive $30,000, etc... but please inquire if you are interested in a particular "proven" Surrogate. Egg Donor fees vary per donation as listed below.

Some Intended Parents prefer the reassurance that they are getting a Surrogate who has already been through the shots and medication. They feel the additional money is worth it, while others do not mind working with someone new to the process. Each previous surrogate has been a first time surrogate before.

As soon as the contract between the Intended Parents and the Surrogate has been executed, an initial deposit would need to put into an escrow/trust account, as determined by your contract. A Surrogate is paid her "base" fee over the course of the pregnancy with the balance paid after delivery. T he first payment beginning the first of the month following confirmation of pregnancy by day fourteen (14) blood test. Her monthly misc. fee begins the first of the month after the contract is signed by all Parties and continues for three months following delivery.

Financial compensation for the surrogate is discussed, but we do not make it the main topic of their acceptance into our program. None of our Surrogates are on state-aid of any kind.
